Terms of service
Last updated
These terms govern use of 폴리젠, operated by 폴리젠. Signing up or submitting a staking request means you agree to these terms, the risk disclosure and the privacy policy. The sentences below state plainly what is locked and what is not guaranteed.
Article 1. Purpose
These terms set the process for creating an account on the 폴리젠 website, locking a cryptoasset for a fixed term, requesting withdrawal at maturity, and the responsibilities of the Company and the user.
Article 2. Definitions
- "Staking" means locking a cryptoasset with the Company for a chosen term so the coin count grows at the reward rate shown when you applied.
- "Term" means the period from the moment the deposit is confirmed until withdrawal can be requested.
- "Reward rate" means the annualized ratio shown on the application screen. It is not a promise that the price will rise.
- "Deposit address" means the blockchain address shown for that request. You may send only on the network named there.
Article 3. What the service is
폴리젠 is not a bank deposit, a security, or a product that guarantees principal. It is not covered by deposit insurance, and the Company does not make up a fall in the coin price.
For assets whose protocol has no staking, such as bitcoin and XRP, the network does not pay interest automatically. The Company operates the balance and adds coins at the rate quoted when you applied. For assets that do have protocol validation, such as ether, POL and SOL, you are not running a validator yourself. The Company operates and holds the assets for the term.
Article 4. Accounts
An individual aged 20 or older may sign up after verifying a phone number in their own name. Organizations apply through the business contact.
Sign-ups that use another person's identity, false information, or a blocked number or IP may be refused or restricted later. You are responsible for the username and password.
Article 5. Requests and deposits
Choosing an asset, an amount and a term issues a deposit address. Confirmation starts only if you send at least the requested amount, on the named network, before the deadline. A late transfer or a transfer on another network may never be matched to the request.
- XRP must include the destination tag shown on the screen.
- Operation does not start before the deposit is confirmed.
- An amount below the minimum may not create a position.
Article 6. Operation and rewards
Once the deposit is confirmed, the position is active and the coin count is calculated from the reward rate at the time you applied, in proportion to the term. A later change to the rate shown on the site does not rewrite a position that has already started.
During the term there is no withdrawal, early exit or conversion into another asset. A sharp price move does not open the lock.
Article 7. Withdrawal and fees
When the term ends you enter a receiving address and request withdrawal of principal and rewards. The Company checks the address and your identity, then processes the transfer. A network fee may be deducted from the amount, and congestion can delay the time it arrives. The Company does not guarantee recovery of assets sent to a wrong withdrawal address.
Article 8. Your duties
- Do not share the account or verification codes.
- Compare the network, the address and any XRP tag yourself before sending.
- Respond when an anti-money-laundering check asks for the source of funds.
- Do not use the service for intrusion, scripted sign-ups or fake deposit notices.
Article 9. Restrictions
If money laundering, identity theft, an attack on the system or a link to a sanctioned party is confirmed, the Company may pause deposit confirmation or withdrawal and restrict use. Where the law requires a report, the Company files it. When the reason for the pause is resolved, the remaining steps are explained.
Article 10. Limits of liability
The Company is not liable for loss outside its control, including natural disasters, a failure or fork of the blockchain itself, or an address or network you entered incorrectly.
A loss in value from the market price belongs to you. A fiat figure on screen is a reference price at that moment. It is not the amount you will receive at maturity.
Article 11. Changes and interruptions
The Company may pause new requests or adjust supported assets for maintenance, a security incident, or a change in law or regulation. A position that is already active keeps its term and the reward rate from the application, as a rule. Planned interruptions are posted on the site.
Article 12. Changes to these terms
Changes are posted at least 7 days before they take effect. A change that is unfavorable to users is posted 30 days before. Continuing to use the service after the notice means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, stop new requests. A position already running keeps its original terms until maturity.
Article 13. Disputes
Disputes about the service are first handled by discussion. If that fails, they are resolved in the court that applicable law designates.
