Staking
What is staking?
Staking means committing your digital assets for a set period in exchange for rewards. On PolyXen, you choose a term and make a deposit, and rewards accrue daily from the moment your deposit is confirmed.
When is my reward rate set?
The reward rate at the moment you submit your request is locked in until maturity. Later rate changes do not affect stakes you have already requested.
Can I withdraw before the term ends?
Withdrawals are not available during the lock period. Once the term ends, you can request a withdrawal of your principal and rewards together.
How are rewards paid?
Rewards accrue in the same coin you staked. For example, if you stake POL, your rewards accrue in POL.
Deposits and withdrawals
Is there a deposit deadline?
You must deposit within 30 minutes of submitting your request. After the deadline, the request is closed automatically and you can simply submit a new one.
What happens if I send on a different network?
Assets sent on a network other than the one specified are difficult to recover. Always check the network before depositing.
I forgot to include my XRP tag.
Contact us right away through a one-on-one inquiry with your transaction hash. After verification, we'll let you know whether it can be processed.
How long do withdrawals take?
After you request a withdrawal and it passes verification, it is usually processed within 1 business day. Network conditions may cause delays.

Who can sign up?
Individuals aged 20 or older who verify with a phone registered in their own name can sign up. Companies should request a business consultation.
I forgot my username.
Use Recover your account with the phone number you verified at sign-up to find your username and reset your password.
How do I change the language?
Choose from 한국어, English, 日本語, Español in the language menu at the top of the page. On a phone, open the menu and pick from the same list.
